造紙中應用

產品性能：具可溶于苯酚-四氯乙烷、鄰氯苯酚等溶劑，吸濕性小，能耐酸，化學穩定性好，具有良好的耐光性。滌綸超短纖維具有較高的斷裂強度、較低的斷裂伸長率、穩定的熱性能和小于常規纖維的切斷長度，產品外觀平直，在介質中有良好的分散性。

產品規格：0.3、0.67、1.67、3.33、6.67 dtex / 1.5、3、5、6、8、10、25 mm等。產品標準：Q/SH 3045 024-2008。

適用范圍：用于濕法造紙，在紙漿中添加一定量的滌綸超短纖維，可以有效增強紙張的抗張強度和撕裂強度;用于制造無紡壁紙原紙、吸水紙、各種彩色包裝紙、美術用紙、電池隔膜紙、特種防偽紙以及各種過濾紙，如：汽車工業用濾紙、化學分析用濾紙、吸塵器用濾紙、食品加工用濾紙等。濾紙透氣度高、氣阻低，有利于氣體和液體等介質的通過并減少壓力損失。
