簡介 |
中國造紙學會特種紙專業委員會（前身是造紙工業生產力促進中心特種紙委員會，簡稱特種紙委員會）是中國造紙學會的分支機構，是在中國造紙學會領導下的行業性專業組織，負責組織開展特種紙產業的學術交流活動，宗旨是促進特種紙行業的技術進步和經濟發展，加快特種紙產業的技術現代化。
特種紙委員會的工作目標是通過充分發揮自身的聯絡、協調、指導、咨詢和服務的功能，為企業提供多種形式的服務。包括組織開展特種紙產業的國內外學術交流與協作，新技術、新裝備、新標準的推廣和普及，人才和職業技能培訓，舉辦特種紙展覽會、訂貨會，開展行業情況的普查分析，編輯出版特種紙學術刊物等等。
特種紙委員會自2006年10月在北京成立以來，目前共有國內外會員單位380家，至今已成功組織召開的了十五屆學術交流會，得到了廣大特種紙行業的專家、學者、企業界人士的大力支持，參會人員從最初的21家企業不足30人參會，到目前200多家企業300多人參會，規模逐年擴大，為企業開展信息技術交流與合作提供了良好的平臺，也受到了特種紙相關的設備、化學品等配套企業的好評。自2015年開始，至今已成功舉辦了三屆展會，為企業品牌推廣、拓寬銷售渠道、促進出口貿易、搜集市場信息、技術交流合作搭建平臺。此外，特紙委還開展了多次的行業情況的調查分析，每年發布特種紙產業情況分析報告，為特種紙主要集聚區編制了發展咨詢報告，與中國造紙雜志社聯合出版了《中國造紙》特種紙專輯，多次為特種紙企業提供不同形式的咨詢服務。

主要工作 |
特種紙委員會主要開展以下幾個方面的工作：
一、技術交流：特紙委自成立以來，共舉辦了15屆技術交流會；每屆年會都邀請國內外特種紙生產、技術、設備等方面的專家學者進行講座，開展特種紙方面的學術及技術交流與協作。
二、建立網站：為了向會員單位提供更好更多的服務，特紙委建立了專業的網站，網址是：www.www.davidpridemore.com，其主要功能有：樹立企業形象、宣傳企業產品、推廣先進技術以及技術咨詢、技能培訓、提供特種紙進出口海關數據及行業報告等。
三、出版刊物：從第二屆年會開始，在會議舉辦前，特紙委面向國內外特種紙有關企事業單位及造紙專業的院校征集特種紙生產、技術、設備等方面論文，內部出版年會論文集；2010年與《中國造紙》雜志社合作，出版發行了《中國造紙—特種紙技術》2010年增刊。
四、舉辦展會：自2015年開始，年特紙委至今已成功舉辦了三屆屆中國國際特種紙展覽會，使展會成為會員單位展示企業形象、交流技術和捕捉市場信息的平臺。
五、技術培訓：特紙委根據會員單位的要求，依托中國制漿造紙研究院強大的技術實力，為企業提供人才、技術、職業培訓和指導。
六、服務功能：特紙委自成立以來，多次走訪、接待會員單位，接受會員單位的有關特種紙技術、生產、產品開發等多方面咨詢，為企業提供新技術和信息。此外，在企業融資、報獎、上市、產品出口等方面為企業提供咨詢報告，行業情況證明等，為企業與地方政府包括銀行之間的溝通交流提供支持。充分發揮了特種紙委員會的聯絡、協調、指導、咨詢和服務的功能，為企業提供多種形式的服務。
七、對外聯系：為了使企業了解更多的國外先進的特種紙生產技術和相關信息，每屆年會上，特紙委都聯系國外特種紙相關的設備、助劑等企業，邀請國外專家進行特種紙技術講座。目前，特紙委與國外多家相關企業保持著良好的合作關系：日本造紙技術協會、德國造紙技術研究所、芬蘭造紙技術研究所、美國費雪國際公司、德國福伊特造紙技術公司、日本丸紅株式會社、日本大昌鐵工所、日本三井化學株式會社、日本明成化學株式會社、法國阿里曼集團、奧地利安德里茨股份有限公司、TAPPI等。2010年，2015年，2018年，2019年特紙委還分別組織了部分會員單位出國考察，赴日本、美國、加拿大、越南等國家，幫助企業開展國內外市場、技術、信息交流與合作。

Introduction of Specialty Papers Committee of CTAPI
The Specialty Papers Committee of China Technical Association of Paper Industry (CTAPI) is a division of CTAPI. It is a professional organization that is under the leadership of CTAPI and focuses on the technical exchange within the specialty papers industry. The goals of the organization are to promote the technical advancement and economic development in the specialty papers industry and to speed up the modernization of the specialty paper technology.
The Specialty Papers Committee was founded in Beijingin October 2006. It now consists of 380 member companies . Since its foundation an annual technical conference has been held every year and there has been more and more participants. Initially there were only fewer than 30 people from 21 companies participated in the conference, now the participants are more than 300 people from more than 200 companies. Activities such as technical exchange & industry survey sponsored by the committee are widely supported by professionals, scholars and enterprisers within the industry and are greatly appreciated by equipment and chemical supplies. The committee provides a great platform for technical exchange and cooperation and company promotion within the specialty papers industry.
The main functions of the Specialty Papers Committee are to initiate & sponsor academic & technical domestically and internationally, to organize technical & professional trainings, to promote technical cooperation, to organize industry exhibition and publish technical papers for the specialty papers industry. The goal of the committee is to provide various services for specialty paper companies through communications, coordination and consulting.
